A month before the draft???!!!!
In the last couple weeks we have lost Ian Gold, Javon Walker, (to a division rival nonetheless) Jason Elam remains in limbo…and now this. Things are starting to look cloudy for next season…
A 7-9 season can lead to changes to be sure….but I am not sure we are changing for the better here.
Sundquist must have done something pretty bad to Shanny to get a quick 6 p.m. boot like that. If he was that bad why was he not canned at the end of the season? There must have been some serious disagreement on the draft and free agent strategy.
By the way when was the last time a GM was fired by the Coach?

The truth of the matter is that Ted Sundquist was simply a puppet for good ol’ Shanny. He never had the final say. Our draft would come up the same way with or without Sundquist. The only reason Mike Shanahan would cut him was to save himself. Anyway welcome to the world of Bronco Websites. Best of wishes!
